Launched in 2018, Globally Taught designs ready-to-use social studies resources for 21st-century teachers. We love to take the pain out of snooze-worthy social studies with resources that connect students to the world around them, and inspire young people to tackle the complex problems of the world. Our resources empower young people to become global citizens, and strengthen their capacity for critical thinking through the exploration of the five domains of social studies: history, economics, geography, civics, and culture.

Meet Annie
I am a former teacher turned learning designer who loves to design high-quality social studies curricula that saves teachers time and skyrockets engagement during social studies. I design social studies resources that delve into the social worlds of economics, geography, history, culture, and civics. I am a huge advocate for social studies education because of its power and importance in modern life - from civic participation to travel to business and financial literacy. There is no area of life that the skills we teach in social studies does not touch. My resources give students the skillset to navigate their lives confidently with the knowledge they need to understand the world around them. With our resources, social studies will be your favorite time of day.
